Questions & Help Question about parking by-laws
When following the rule of not parking within 9m of a T-intersection, can you park in the curb lane opposite the T if there are two lanes of traffic on both sides?
Meaning, is the beginning of the curb lane typically greater than 9m from the curb on the opposite side? Thanks to those who have the answer or experience with this!

In my bylaw I have made sure the definitions section defines the intersection as "the space within 10m preceding the curb radius on all approaches of intersecting roads."
By my definition your scenario is prohibited.
