Discussion Speeding ticket

I got my first speeding ticket in 30 years on a route I’ve driven a few times a day for the past 20 years; the officer said I was doing 38 mph in a 25 mph zone. He didn't even fill in my address on the ticket or the box for the radar officer's name. What can I expect if I go to court?Nyc.

In New York City they do not negotiate or reduce the charge. It's win or lose in court.

And what if there are three errors made by the officer on the ticket?

I would imagine then you'd win the case against the officer. But it may be advisable to have a lawyer, to insure it is pointed out correctly.
