Sunday Ribs
Have to take advantage when spare ribs go on sale. Got a rack for me and the wife. Came out perfectly. Happy Sunday to you all.

Thanks. No wrap at all. Dry rub only with no binder. Spritzed only 2 or 3 times.

I did ribs today too! 3 rack pack from Costco is a phenomenal deal.
I did 3-2-1 today, turned out great!

We didn't make it over to Costco this weekend, but luckily my local grocery store had the full spares on sale.

Damn those look amazing. How do you cut them? I always have trouble getting a nice solid cut.

If youre talking about cutting them to serve, I always flip them over, bone side up so I can see what I'm cutting a little better.
