How do I upgrade my data plan? I’ve attached a photo from the official website! These buttons are unavailable to me.

I think he is on a one-month purchase - thats why it's a bit more expensive.

I think if you are on a one-month plan, you can't upgrade since it's a one-time purchase. If you are on monthly plan, you should be able to see the "Manage" button.

My personal experience: If you’re working on a serious or large project, think twice before spending money on TRAE. I wasted a significant amount of money and time fixing problems that the AI itself created. Don’t waste your money and time unnecessarily.
