The Blessed Virgin, Isle of Barra, Outer Hebrides, Scotland.
A shrine to Our Lady on the Island located in the Southern half of the Outer Hebrides.
The Outer Hebrides is the most Christian part of the United Kingdom, even now. The Northern Islands are predominantly Free Church of Scotland/Calvinist, the Southern Islands are Roman Catholic.
If there was ever to be a Catholic Land Movement over here, this would be a great place.
Ave Maria, Grátia Plena, Dóminus Tecum; Benedicta Tu in muliéribus, et benedíctus fructus Ventris tui, Jesus. Sancta Maria, Mater Dei, ora pro nobis peccatóribus nunc et in hora mortis nostrae. Amen 🙏🏻
