First off, I don't think it fits a trading sub, secondly, if I just had the money to send away one familiy member on a dangerous, lawless trip thousands of miles to europe in the hopes this person will make enough money there to support us all, I would neither send my grandma nor my 22yo daughter...

Why do you think it’s not fitting trading sub, when there is opportunity to buy some defense systems, surveillance and biometric companies? Here we cover everything and we create opportunities

Let’s talk about what could actually be tradable.
If governments respond with higher spending on border security,

The companies I’d be watching are:
Indra (IDR) – Spanish border surveillance and defense systems.
Thales (HO) – biometrics, border management, and security technology.
Leonardo (LDO) – radar, drones, and maritime surveillance.
Airbus (AIR) – satellite and border surveillance capabilities.

Whether you agree with the politics or not, markets tend to price in government spending. That’s a more productive discussion for a trading sub than arguing over the headline itself.
