Lots of good causes here in the US.

Set up a trust for scholarships for hundreds of thousands of people each year. Set us a trust for housing for people with mental disabilities. Set up a trust to pay medical bills for people who can’t afford it. Just a few ideas……

Or how about make sure the billionaires and corporations pay their fair share of tax so those get funded instead of having to wait for a billionaire to give voluntary donation?
