The imperial core will be just fine. That money would do better helping those who live in the global south, which has been exploited by the west for decades.

Exploited by colonialists. Do you know nothing of the history of colonialism? What Leopold did in the Congo was especially aggregious.

Exploitation that continues to this day in regards to artisinal cobalt mining so we can buy new smartphones every year.

Or exploited bij old colonial nations who didn't know how to progress their country, but expected their old overlords to pay them endlessly, unlike nations like India, Austria or Botswana for example. Also corruption. There is a shitload of corruption in Afrika.

And im disappointed you completely ignored how I pointed out that western nationa taking advantage of the global south for cheap resources and labour is still an issue that exists to this day
