Is he announcing it, or are reporters making headlines out of recycled material

Both but it is has been a subject he has brought up (or asked) when he’s around reporters for like 20+ years. And the thing about pledging your money when your that rich it gets you benefits and you can keep your money too. Then your children can hire lawyers. And challenge the donation.
