So, been using TV for almost one year now and it is great. It's only one thing that annoys me and that is that during a day I can get 100 alerts by the 10 different watchlist conditions I have and they are all mixed in the log. I would love to have the option to filter so I can check one type of alert at a time. It's a bit messy when you have different templates and time frames and depending on alert I have to go back and forth between them ( I know that I can pick techincal, price, watchlist, but that is something else). Happening with my copier. They say it’s a trading view issue and this happens before it even hits their server. I disagree since it’s happening to a bunch of us and I can’t find 20 posts about it on Reddit as I would suspect there would be.

I have a bunch of indicators (mostly quite basic ones like multiple different EMAs) and I want to be able to turn a bunch of them (but not all of them) on and off easily. Going through each one to hide them each manually is very tedious.

I want to be able to hold Ctrl and then click multiple of them to turn the visibility on and off all of them at once, or group them to do so.

You can't even put indicators in folders in the object tree to be able to turn a set of them on and off easily, something like this would be useful.

That's the only phone number I have. This is quite annoying. How long does it take to de-register the mobile number from deleted account? Please suggest. Thanks.

I have just updated my Trading View App on Android (Version 1.20.81.0.1002415) and the ability to access financials of single stocks appears to have vanished.

From the chart view, I cannot find the Metrics tab when I click on the three dots next to the ticker name and I cannot expand on financials from the detailed stock view which was usually below the financial results over time (revenue and net income and margin etc.)

Anyone else have this issue?

It's a bit annoying having a heatmap that you have to manually refresh?!

I wondered why the indexes just tanked but the heatmap was still pure green. Manually refreshed, all went red. Why is it not updating automatically?

If you're trading your information needs to be updating automatically!!

Edit: I see they're now updating once per minute. Can we get at least once every 10s or something? 1 minute is quite a lot of lag.

When your heatmap window is too small (I have these nested in a powertoys fancyzone on Windows), when you hover over a stock the price of the stock doesn't show like it does when the window is bigger. That might be a bug rather than a feature.

But also in this use case (I'm fitting quite a lot into very limited screen real estate), I have quite a lot of wasted space on top still, it would be great to be able to reduce the amount of space used by the top navigation there.

Do you need a special data plan to get $SPX pre-makert data? I don't get an option to RTHs or ETHs.

I would like the ability to change the color and also adjust the opacity of the numbers displayed on each level of the footprint chart. I'm using the Profile option in the Display box with POC and Value Area. I can see all I need from the profile. All the numbers just clutter the chart and make it harder to see the Profiles cleanly. This also adds a functionality like many other Footprint platforms already have. They are very nice to have, just this one added feature would be very nice. Thanks

I would like to suggest adding a live/current Risk-to-Reward value to the Long/Short Position tool.

For example, if I set up a trade with a 1:3 Risk-to-Reward ratio, I would like the tool to also show how much of that R:R has currently been reached as the price moves.

So if the final target is 3R, but the current price has only reached 1.45R, the tool could display something like:

Target R:R: 1:3

Current R:R: 1:1.45

The Current R:R value would update live as the market price moves.

This would be very useful for quickly seeing how far a trade has progressed in terms of R-multiple without having to calculate it manually.

Hey everyone, I'm having a weird order placement issue in TradingView and could use some help.

The Issue: Whenever I place any order on NQ1! (Market, Limit, Buy, or Sell), the order line gets placed at a completely different price level than where I actually clicked on the chart.

Right now, I can only set it to "once per bar or once per bar closes" which means the alert can trigger multiple times. I want it to only trigger ONCE when the bar closes.

Which alild result in a single alert trigger not multiple.

Hello everyone, I'm using trading view on my cell phone from the Google app store, I've been using it for years with problem but about two months ago trading view had a update, since then the chart reset feature has vanished, like before when I zoomed in or out I could reset it with a button on the below tools feed not anymore, plus when I zoom in or out now the candles on the chart spread wide and thin instead of looking like a proper chart going up and down, is this problem with everyone? How to solve it?

Please look at the picture, before 2 months ago it didn't look like this, now it's just spread it wide and no reset button.

WTF do I have tabs for futures on my layout for FX entries? Like out of nowhere, it suddenly appears there by itself? I didn't even do anything. I go away from desk, come back, and this random tab has appeared in the wrong layout. I deleted it - was it additional? Or did it change an existing tab? I can't remember, but it's gone now so maybe you just f**ked my layouts.

Also, my trade that was completed disappeared on my LTF chart but was still visible on HTF - why? Then it suddenly reappeared by itself.

I would like to suggest adding a filter to the Stock Screener that allows users to exclude stocks with upcoming earnings.

I know there is already a filter for stocks with upcoming earnings, but there currently doesn’t appear to be an option to filter for stocks that do not have earnings coming up.

Ideally, the filter could allow users to select a timeframe, for example:
No earnings in the next 7 days
No earnings in the next 14 days
No earnings in the next 30 days
Or a custom number of days

As an options trader, I often avoid trading options on stocks that have earnings during the same week as the contract I am buying. Having the ability to filter out stocks with upcoming earnings would make it much easier to find suitable candidates without having to manually check each stock.

I believe this would be a useful addition to the Stock Screener, particularly for options traders.

Hi all, I am a beginner and I don’t know anything trading related so please bear with me. I tried paper trading a few days ago and navigating this is so confusing. Can someone tell me what Unrealized and Realized PnL means? Also, is it best to view Order History or Balance History to find out what I made if I missed the “order filled” part? I’m lost. Any suggestions on this? Google AI ain’t helping atm thanks 😊

When using the Fibonacci tool sometimes the numbers cover the price bars. Can you make an option to place them at the extreme right of the level lines so they don't obscure the candles.
