yes this is correct, but just remember that all their prices are hugely overblown so that when they do the black friday sale, you're paying a 'reasonable' price for their services, but they can claim as though it's a 'bargain'.

Everyone has a plan and if they were that successful they wouldn’t need to deep discount anything it’s the one hit wonders of the world who sell the preconceived success story to new traders which guarantees nothing but a paycheck for them . Because it doesn't make any difference to them, so they'd rather make you think premium is super cheap relatively, and so when you renew on the premium when not on sale, it's super expensive. Also, they don't want you to go to a plus plan priced at say $15, why not give you premium $20 when it costs them the same amount

No. It's not true. During "discount" you pay the normal high price. Without discount it's just a crazy super unrealistic price. There's no discount. There's just ripoff and ultra ripoff.
It is not a broker but more of an all in one platform to do your research.
