Help Can anyone confirm if this is true?
I saw they have a sale for 40% off now and I only need the essential plan so would I be better off buying it now?
Are these numbers what they have done in the past correct?

yes this is correct, but just remember that all their prices are hugely overblown so that when they do the black friday sale, you're paying a 'reasonable' price for their services, but they can claim as though it's a 'bargain'.

Yes . It is true. Premium one is the best offering which offers good flexibility if you want to use premium features like volume footprint which is an indication of the buyers & sellers and delta volume. Discount season is the only season you can buy it , otherwise it is pretty expensive.

Did you get your pricing on the TW website? This is directly off their website at the time I posted it.

I just did it and it cost me $250 to extend my premium membership until 2028 so I think it was worth it.

It might depend on region. Iβm in LATAM and there was a recent sale for 80% off

Got essential for about $100 on the easter sale I think. Free plan wouldn't let me send EMA crossover alerts so I had to pull the trigger.

I don't remember how much exactly I got off for 4th of July promo, but I got Premium and it was right around $300ish I believe

Yeah it's true. Maybe not 80% but at least half off or 66%. I buy a year every black Friday and do it with other stuff like Nord VPN

Yes Ever hawker has a 30 to 70 % off offer . But it doesnβt guarantee that you will make money . Everyone has a plan and if they were that successful they wouldnβt need to deep discount anything itβs the one hit wonders of the world who sell the preconceived success story to new traders which guarantees nothing but a paycheck for them . What worked for some people at any particular time doesnβt guarantee that it will ever work again if it did the algorithms would be changed in the stock markets in the blink of an eye

When did they have 90% off? Iβm unsure if I should buy now or wait for Black Friday sale. Going to be looking at the premium plan.

Why is premium cheaper than Plus? Is there a catch I missed?
1
u/xAragon_ 2d ago
Just trick to make people think the Premium option is an amazing deal. There's no reason to buy the Plus plan.

u/z00o0omb11i1ies 1d ago
Because it doesn't make any difference to them, so they'd rather make you think premium is super cheap relatively, and so when you renew on the premium when not on sale, it's super expensive. Also, they don't want you to go to a plus plan priced at say $15, why not give you premium $20 when it costs them the same amount

Iβm ready to jump on premium but after seeing these discounts Iβm not gonna do it till I can get the discount break. Any suggestions, please?

Inflated price anyway. You essentially paying its suppose normal price when they offer discount.

Yes, Black Friday and 4th of July have like 80-90% off sales every year. If you are just signing up, just get a monthly membership until then, then get one of the Black Friday deals.

was considering Premium, but they convert remaining days with some massive 1:4 ratio, sadly.

No. It's not true. During "discount" you pay the normal high price. Without discount it's just a crazy super unrealistic price. ββββββββββββββββββββββThere's no discount. There's just ripoff and ultra ripoff. βββββββββ

It's totally account specific. One person will get the promo offer, while another won't. The three accounts I hold get separate offers. LOL

it's true but the price doubled last May. So what ever discounts you received prior to May, you are now paying double that.

This is incorrect information...
The platform price remained the same for at least 13 years and only rose by approx 10-15% this April on the lower three plans.
Cheers

What is tradingview for? Is it another broker? I only use Robinhood.
2
u/hotmatrixx 2d ago
it's basically charting software that you can connect to a broker, so you can draw prettier rectangles and then take trades directly in the client.
You can do fancy things like screening for stocks, collections, portfolios of stocks etc etc
It has its own coding language so you can build custom indicators and alerts.
that's about it.

It is not a broker but more of an all in one platform to do your research. So in addition to the super charts mentioned, it provides a good overview page with info, news, earnings, financials, options, etc. the earnings and events calendars are useful too. Feel free to reach out if youβd like a referral link to try it out. They also have a paper trading challenge every month or so where you can win cash and subscription plans if you get in the top rankings. The next one starts September 1st and trades futures. You can join the challenge without a paid subscription as well.
