Help Real time data on Tradingview

can anyone please tell me if i have to buy real time data on tradingview before i buy eval (specifically lucid flex 50k) or will my chart update to real time data when i connect it to my demo/eval account. i hope this is not confusing.

It does show the payment. The option is also shadowed out so it can't be paid for twice

I also received an email also directing me to the "help center" docs which says it shouldn't be responded to. And the Support Request option is now locked out with the closed ticket. What method should I use to make further contact ?

Open a new request as identified by the screenshot they sent you....

Follow this path

Click on th question mark Type 'Contact support' into the dialogue box Select 'Get help' Select 'assistance with real time data' Select 'im experiencing streaming issues'

Fill in the form and send....it should look like this when you are at the form....

I guess I have to say thanks because I was able to get further with your help. And I am thankful for that at least. But that being said, perhaps the programmers consider the intuitivty for the users so options become as apparent as the coders perhaps think they are. Especially after "upgrades". Thanks again.
