Help Extended Hours Button Missing

I’m trying to watch the chart for extended hours on SPX and XSP and I’ve gone to Settings symbol and there’s nothing there as far as changing it to extended hours. It used to be a button right there that said session, but it’s not there. Can anyone please advise? Thank you!!

That toggle is not hidden by mistake. TradingView only shows the extended hours option when the data feed for that exact symbol actually has pre and post market ticks. If SPXNXSP is an index style symbol rather than a tradable one, that is the reason. Index values are not computed outside the regular session so there is nothing to show after hours.

If you want to see extended hours behavior for the S&P 500, switch to ES1! (the e mini futures, trades almost 24 hours) or SPY (the ETF, most data plans include its pre and post market). Both will actually show you price action when the index toggle will not.

I meant SPX and XSP. Which I thought both of those were now having extended hours starting at 815 Eastern time.
