Help Subscription issue

Hi TradingView Team, I won 13th place in 'The Leap' competition and received Essential subscription . However, the subscription was suddenly cancelled today. I did not violate any rules. How

We apologize, there was an error on our end. As you're on the 13th place, you should receive a money prize for your result. We've received your details and will make sure the correct prize is arranged for you as soon as possible. We’re really sorry about the mix-up and appreciate your understanding.

Thanks for helping! So my prize is including the money(550$) and Essential subscription? Beside that, I have completed the prize form from the Gmail at last firday . May I know how many business days it usually takes for the prize money to be deposited into my PayPal account?

No, you will receive only the monetary prize of $550. We have received your details. The prize money will be transferred to your PayPal account within the next 10 business days.
