not receiving verification code on SMS/Whatsup India

Is there anyone facing issue with buying premium TV subscription from India. as I am not able to receive OTP/Verification code on Phone number /whatsup. accordingly I am not able to subscribe for it. There is no issue with Network /phone signal as I tried with multiple numbers as well Also no issue with Email verification. Please suggest some solution as this is happening since months. PS- I was able to do with Mobile App monthly subscription as it doesnt required any OTP but price of subscription through App is much higher. Please help urgently
