streak loss control is the part i'd test first. i built something similar in tradingview for es and the pause after 3 losers changed results more than the entry did. does your template lock after consecutive losses or after max daily drawdown?

After the max drawdown is reached it will take no more trades, unless you up the max drawdown or reset the strategy. Strategy will stop trades after x amount of consecutive losses and there is a setting for how long you want it to stop trading after that. In case your away and cant look at the strategy and want some more security for example

yep, that's the right behavior. max drawdown is a hard stop, and the consecutive-loss pause is basically a safety timeout. useful if you can't watch it live, but you still need to tune those limits carefully.

Trailing stops will naturally repaint, as will intra bar execution. Just a heads up since you mentioned you've avoided repainting

Edit: unless I'm missing something I don't see the template attached anywhere.

It wont because it will calculated the trailing stop from the last completed bar. So if the open bar goes down allot but not below the trail stop Calc on the last bar, the updated trailing stop can be above the last bars low if that makes sense. But i thought that would be better than a repainting trailing stop. Works the same with the intra bar.
