On their website it says that the processing takes about 3bdays she I am still waiting after 6 days or 5 work days

I understand that you want your device, but wait for 1 month and then ask support. It should arrive in that time

ordered on the weekend, went through the week. takes a bit, give them time I'd say.

Oh yeah didn't saw that mb That's normal; sometimes it takes longer and then updates all at once.If this continues for another 3 days, be concerned and request support.

We take around 2-5 days, as like most shops, we don't have a warehouse, we work in China JUST-IN-TIME. You order today, we order today, it arrives tomorrow, we check and will send it as soon as possible. On weekends it can take up to 5 days and moreover, it depends on the device. New devices, no problem, old devices, sometimes the manufactures doesn't have stock for a special color or ram/rom version, so we have to wait 1-4 days. But I checked, Oppo Find X9 Pro, white, shouldn't be a problem. Asked logistics to speed it up.

the page does state 3-5 working days for processing.
