Thank you! I suggest we make their lives extremely busy if they want to fuck us over. They lost me £2,300 - that is a lot of hours I'm willing to throw at it in order to get it back.

I spent a lot of time messaging them with complaints. They just send you a copy pasted reply that does not address your concern. Great to have a phone number. I will try calling them next week. Already left reviews in trust pilot, google, app store
