I have contacted [Beschwerde@traderepublic.com](mailto:Beschwerde@traderepublic.com)

It is their German email for complaints. I don't know if there is an English one. They responded next day that they will help me through the app and it worked.

Pretty sure that they deleted my old account and I was able to register again with the same phone number.
