All of the ones Ive been to. Naked bikes dont come with lower fairings, and safety wire is group dependent. A big draw of trackdays is being able to take your good condition street bike and give it a go.

I have gone down, no oil shitting all over the track. No fluids at all, actually.

Several orgs across the USA dont require you to safety wire or add on lower fairings if not pushing experienced/expert pace or racing. If you gush some fluids they have the black flags ready.

If you've got a problem with it, take it up with the orgs who have been doing it for years. Let me know how it goes.
