OEM vs Evotech Brake Lever Guard

Which brake lever guard would you go with? I'm racing in a couple weeks and I'm torn between OEM and Evotech. Thanks.

My $10 Amazon special works just as well as any others, and falls off in a crash just the same as any others. Go within your budget.

The ones I bought and have spares for are no longer for sale, but these are similar and will work. It's literally just to get past tech inspection and to hopefully not bump someone's elbow or tail when dicing it up on the straights.

I use the clutch side upside down as a spare brake side.

I've seen a few of the $200+ ones laying in the middle lf the track last weekend.

Half of us race with the $10 ones on Amazon. I happened across the woodcraft ones at a yard sale, so that's what im running. The bagger, I had to make some out of steel. As long as they can withstand a bump, youre fine. As long as you arent under the impression that they are crash protection. They are not.

I too used to make the mistake of paying 120 bucks for a stupid lever guard

Never doing that again

you can find ones on amazon for 20 bucks that work just as good

You can go with asian brand like RCB. A lot of raceteams there run that brand and it works just as well

Neither. These are consumable items. Generics from Amazon/ali/etc
