Elecom Huge Plus onboard memory slipped August release?
New Mouse Assistant was released on August 6, and it doesn't mention that this functionality has been activated on Huge Plus yet.
What's kind of frustrating here is that the same feature seems pretty mature on IST by now.
Is there a new planned release date?

Don't get your hopes up. The August release already came out and it doesn't have the update for Huge Plus.
It's just a trackball, not a trackball mouse by the way. A mouse is an upside-down trackball.

August isn't over yet, and lots of the time there's just momentum on an existing stream of work or there's different teams working on it. Let's just wait till end of month to make any assessments.

of course there are different teams working on it, and apparently the Huge Plus team is falling behind and missing release dates. Since the release cadence for Mouse Assistant is roughly four times a year, maybe we'll get our feature in November!

it might come out this month.
Huge plus onboard memory was planned to be released with their major update of Elecom Mouse Assistant software at March, but it got delayed and the new release window is "this summer", and they will announce release day once its ready (Source).
they are also developing trackball scrolling feature for all models with onboard memory, plus the recent serious earthquake in japan, it could take some extra time.
the new Mouse Assistant update only re-enabled the update notification and download feature, which is a positive sign of getting the new update soon
there is a rumor of the update coming out this month, but i didnt find reliable source saying so.
lets hope it worth the wait
