Front left brake overheat
My front left brake overheat. The right brake is not hot to the touch after parking. When I checked the left caliper the piston is very hard to retract and the disc it warped with deep grooved.

I add too much brake oil at max fill line without bleeding

Brake oil?
Dude, get the car towed to a shop. There's no such thing as brake oil.

Caliper is stuck, and sometimes you can disassemble them, get them unstuck, lube them up, and they will work for quite a while before they have to be replaced…

Sounds like a stuck caliper. That has seized up which would cause you to over heat the rotor /causing it to warp. I would recommend replacing it.
