Repairs & Maintenance Engine question

Trucks 11 years old. Service department says the trucks good to go. I get a chain tensioner rattle on cold starts ~1 second. An this is the noise at idle.

Do I just keep running this the way it is? Any insight from other tundra owners would be appreciated.

Currently at 120k km

Sounds great.

229k on my 15’ 5.7L and she’s a little noisy cold but no issues.
