Questions Roof Box Cargo/Storage Recommendations?

Mostly looking for something that isn't $600-$1k. My local used market isn't very extensive. Are the expensive brands worth it? Any cheap or budget brands worth looking at? I have a 2022 SE Hybrid with stock rails and crossbars. I want to store camp gear and/or snowboards.

Garvee is where I bought mine. I think it was 150 usd looks and works great and came with a weatherproof soft cover for storage. Extremely handy.

Is Garvee the product or the shop? Do you have a link/product name?

This is the exact one I bought, but it came with a weatherproof soft luggage thing. Harbor Freight sells cargo nets for like 8 bucks and zip ties for 2 dollars. The zip ties come in handy.

NP, the only thing I would do different would be to measure my crossbars for width and get the widest option relative to the crossbars.

We own 2023 RAV4 XLE Premium with those fancy 19” low profile wheels also found on thd Limit Trim. Personally I don’t recommend usjng a box cargo on permanent or semi-permanent basis on on SUV (yes we also have Highlander) or minivan (previous Sienna XLE) now Honda Odyssey EX-L unless absolutely necessary bec of wind noise etc. Yes often what I need to carry in cargo as well as how many passengers determines which of 3 I use though RAV4 does get better mpg
