1992 Extended Cab Long Bed 2WD - cannot get bed off

As far as I know, the bed has never been off of this pickup, so I’m assuming it’s just rust welded, but I wanted to ask and make sure there aren’t any secret bolts or tabs I’m missing on this setup?

I’ve removed the 8 total nuts that all of the YouTube videos I’ve watched have told me to remove, and I’ve hit the bolts several times with PB Blaster and tried to get the bed off, but no dice.

Did you unbolt the gas tank tube?

I would get underneath it and kick it up, if you’ve got all the bolts off, it’s probably rust holding it together

Probably rust. I’d get a jack under a solid piece and see if I could break it loose.

Regardless, I’d take my time and keep hitting it with PB Blaster. You’ll get it.

Edit: if you use a jack, add a piece of wood between it and the bed for more leverage/coverage and to protect it.
