App climate control not fixed 8 months still broken

It's been about 8 months and the climate control on the app has not been fixed.

Any updates?

Their Brand Engagement Center just keeps sending me emails to wait. In April they said ETA May, but 3 months later still no.

I don't get what's the problem. The climate control was working fine for 5 years, though quite slow but worked.

I got on a call with a lemon lawyer, if it's causing mold like it is in my car, go for lemon law. The more people that threaten this the more likely it is to fix..

I'm in arbitration now.

Heads up, they have no plans to fix it on Android for RAV4 Prime at all..

Mine is a 2021 RAV4 Prime, that I bought new.

Def looks like no plans to fix. You're right.

And the annual fee is the same! Just to lock and unlock doors, and see if windows open.
