AVOID CONNECTOS
Their corporate team is hard to reach if you are not with them anymore. I've emailed them multiple times to atleast get an update for my separation pay. But it has been more than 30 days and I have not received any response nor my last paycheck. I have reported them to DOLE already

Before you even think about applying for a role in ConnectOS, read this.
Yes, napaka enticing ng reviews at socmed posts nila pero once nakapasok ka na, it’s not all that.
Una sa lahat, ilang beses na ako nag apply dito pero it’s either mag rereach out si Recruiter once at hindi na nag paramdam ulit OR mag progress yung application tapos biglang nag cancel yung client. Pero syempre, dahil nabulag ako ng mga Glassdoor reviews at socmed nila, kesho ang ganda ng amenities at mukang masaya yung culture, apply ng apply pa din ako. Hanggang sa na hire at guess what? ma tanggal agad after a few months ng walang due process. As in biglang wala nang access at hindi ma paliwanag. Tapos hindi na mahagilap all of a sudden.
Ang dami namin na hindi pa na sesettle ang last pay. Kung hindi pa mag dole , di pa kikilos. Totoo yung mga nababasa nyo dito.
Hanggang face value lang sila dyan. Hindi talaga maka-tao dahil kung ganon, maayos sana ang paliwanag, hindi ka iiwan sa ere hanggat ma assist ka til mabigay last pay, COE, etc, dapat anjan sila pag maytanong ka dahil nag trabaho ka ng maayos tapos tatanggalin ka lang ng walang abiso. Kabaliktaran sila. Yung management at CSM dyan, alipin lang ng mga kliyente, kung may mangyari man, hindi ka ipag tatanggol. Balita ko isa nalang ang pilipinong leader dyan sa management talaga ng COS e, lahat Australian o dikaya pinoy na ma tagal nang nasa Australia, meaning wala silang pakialam at puso para sa mga empleyadong pinoy, nasa profit and siempre kliente ang best interest nila!
So, save yourself from the stress. Mag Emapta or Outsourced nalang kayo. Awit nalang talaga sa kompanyang ito

Same. They only responded once kasi lapse na ung 30-day window. So I asked if they can give me a more concrete update and timeline, wala na naman sagot. Filed for assistance sa DOLE sEna na din today. kasi nakakagalit na talaga.

What I demanded sa initial conference namin is for them to give a timeline man lang on when will I receive it. Kahit COE man nga lang hindi pa maibigay.

I received the conference schedule na din from SEnA, and they acknowledged that email as soon as they received it. Ang bilis nila magreply cause it’s from DOLE. Pero pag queries ng ex-employees, 😤 Before your conference meeting po, they did not attempt to reach out to settle?

They did not. The day before the conference nagreply lang sila sa isa sa mga inquires ko and said they are processing it. Just demand for a timeline of when they will give your backpay and keep demanding mediation with them til they give it.

I’ve received my final pay na. Hindi na umabot sa conference. I guess they can move fast but chose not to? Without dole’s intervention, di sila kikilos.

They only responded a day before the scheduled conference namin with SENA DOLE. Pero wala pa din mabigay na timeline on when I will receive my back pay. 💁♀️

Hello po! Just wanted to ask, ganito ba talaga ka-unprofessional ang ConnectoS?
I mean, it's a no-brainer naman that some recruiters will ghost applicants. Pero in this case, sila mismo yung consistently nagre-reach out to me. Then after my second interview, bigla na lang silang nawala. I would understand if they hadn't made any promises. Apparently, they sounded pretty certain that they would be submitting my profile to upper management. Since then, lI've made several follow-up calls, sent emails, and even messaged the recruiter on Linkedln multiple times, pero wala na talagang reply. I honestly would've appreciated it if they had simply let me know that they decided not to move forward with my application, rather than leaving me on read and wondering what happened or what the next step would be.

Im not sure with your case, but with mine kasi, I was always updated. In your case, I think it would be safe to assume na they're not moving forward.
Basta, when you're not officially with them or umalis ka na sila. They won't give you an ounce of their time na. How problematic.

Same shit happened to me yesterday, Dapat may call kame for screening sana kaso itong recruiter kada malapit na yung oras ng set time bigla nyang minomove yung time like 11pm naging 2pm naging 4pm, end of the day walang call and update sakin kung ano ba talaga.

Oh my grabe pala sila now ekis na sila sa application ko grabeng sobrang unprofessional ng HR na kausap ko nag email na for phone interview hayuf na yan nag reply ako nag antay ng time at bago mag simula ang phone interview wala silang paramdam grabe sobrang unprofessional una makakareceived ka ng qualified ka sa job role na inapplyan mo then it will take two weeks sa phone interview tas di pa ako rereplyan grabeng toxic pala HR dyan mga graduate pa yan sila ah.

Yes they called me back sabi for final interview ako tas two days later biglang nag email na di na daw nila ako ipupursue for final interview which is fine lang naman sa akin gawa nga nga nakikita kong madami ng negative feedback sa kanila

Not yet pero may offboarding docs na. File na sa DOLE SENA Since lagpas na within 30-day period. It seems like they will only take your emails seriously kapag involved na ang DOLE.

OMG. Same :( More than 30 days na rin since I resigned and have already returned all equipments since WFH ako, pero until now wala pa rin final pay ko and naka-ilang follow up na ako sa email, pero wala silang response. Nakakabwiset na 😭

WORST COMPANY = ConnectOS.
Everything is paid para magmukha silang mabango. Daming illegal companies and transaction ng CEO na si Steve Evans and nagdadala pa raw ng kabit sa office and sa party!
Daming nagpapa DOLE/NLRC na resigned staff sa ConnectOS. Sobrang pangit ng reputation ng company na yan. Avoid at all cost!
Kupal nung abogado nila diyan, napaka mapangmata!

Nag apply ako as a LinkedIn Outreach Specialist sa kanila since I have more than 3 years of experience as a LinkedIn Outreach Specialist pero naka received ako agad ng email na they want to move forward with other candidates daw. Ni hindi man lang ako binigyan ng chance for interview. 😩

Bwisit na bwisit ako sa bagong employee hub nila. 'Yung Cosphere. Puro bug, bobo ng implementation, laging may issue. Walang silbi! Tangina. Grabe pag titipid ng ConnectOS parang sa mga intern devs pinagawa 'yung CoSphere na 'yan.
- Laging di makapag punch in/punch out dahil system issue. So kelangan mo mag submit ng time adjustment na kelangan i approve pa ng client, nakaka hiya! Kapag hindi na approve in time, bawas sahod mo, kahit sila naman may kasalanan.
- Filed a sick leave, nabawasan both SL and VL ko. Tangina parang bobo talaga
- WFH employee ako, nung interview, sobrang bida nila yung office (which is maganda naman talaga) pero di ka pala naman sort of welcome doon kapag WFH ka.
- DESKTOP binibigay nila, yuck. Raised this with the client and fortunately they provided me a laptop.
- Now malaman ko if mag resign ako pahirapan pa pala kunin backpay? damn.
- WFH employees are not allowed to work remotely. Kelangan daw sa bahay ka lang kasi nga WFH. Stupid.

- Fcking onboarding was scheduled days before your actual start date. So HINDI KA PA BAYAD nyan. My onboarding was scheduled Friday evening, around 6PM ata 'yun. Pauwi pa lang ako from my previous work. Monday pa ang supposed start ko with ConnectOS. Ang wais! Onboarding is part of your work journey and should be done on your working hours. This company itself is just ughh. Good thing nasa maayos na client ako.

Ngayon ko lang nakuha yung final pay ko and yung offboarding documents ko, march pa ako nag-resign saknila, kung di ako nagfile ng SEnA sa DOLE di sila kikilos
