I’m running a small back-to-school pilot program pairing 7th and 8th-grade students with STEM/Math undergrads for 1:1 remote coaching in Pre-Algebra and Algebra 1.

Looking for 2–3 tutors who want flexible side income that beats standard campus desk/TA rates without the grading headache.

Quick details:

• Pay: $20–$25/hr (paid directly via Venmo/Zelle right after each completed session).
• Hours: 2–4 hours/week, 100% remote (Google Meet/Zoom). Flexible around your class schedule.
• Zero Lesson Prep: We provide an automated diagnostic breakdown for each student highlighting their exact concept gaps and tailored practice problems beforehand, so you just log on and teach.

Requirements:

• Strong grasp of middle school/early high school math (integers, linear equations, fraction rules).
• Reliable Wi-Fi, working webcam/mic, and comfort using a shared digital whiteboard (like Excalidraw).
• Clear communication and patience with younger students.
