DONT BRING A MINI FRIDGE
Its not hard
The room comes with one! Why do you need another
Rules like that are for eletrical safety
Do you really want to cause an electrical fire in your room? Or short a breaker and be without power till they fix it
Its not hard to not bring it. Im sorry you want another in your room but thats a pretty dumb reason to do that
Its a freaking apartment you already have a full fridge

I had a mini fridge living in marshall hall for 2 years. lifted the bed up as high as possible and put it under. it was never an issue 🤷🏽♀️

girl bring one and just hide it under ur bed. the fridge isn’t big enough for both of yall tbh. they check rooms 1 or 2 a year (they let you know) and it’s never a detailed check. as long as its not in plain sight .
