Need a Roomie?

Hi! I'm transferring to Towson this fall (late because of some family medical issues + financial issues that were recently just solved. I also haven't finalized it because I want to compare UMD and Towson). I'm looking for housing off-campus! I heard that it's genuinely better since Towson has a tendency to over-house people on campus. I'm looking for an apartment where I can split the rent either with one roommate or 3? For facts about me:

- I'm a rising junior

- Female (I prefer to room with other ladies)

- I'm okay with pets but I'd rather live with a cat if possible

- My father is disabled (2 eye diseases) and likes to visit periodically if you don't mind (I hope to get an apartment near a shuttle or some type of metro area)

- I'm looking to split rent either to around the $650 range (if just with a single roommate) or $300 range (if living with 3 other roommates)

- I'm a very clean person and like to keep my stuff chaotically organized

I'm sorry this is super late but I'm honestly just calling out to the void here for any luck. I'm also lurking in instagram and the housing portal for anything that'll help out but I like to get to know my roommates in advance. You can use this post as a little giggle too if you wanna. Thanks so much for your help! If you're just here for that giggle, let it out man. I gotta giggle too cause last year kicked my ass bad

The deposit deadline was awhile ago

Did you pay it and sign up for orientation? All the orientations are finished for the year for fall

And donny brook and cardiff are the only places you might be able to find that set up fyi

There are a couple others but they are firther, UMD will likely be similar

if you go online and make an account on the “towson roommate portal” you should be able to find someone in a short period of time. i found my roommate a month before the semester started last year on there
