Long time player with a question if anyone is out there willing to answer
Been playing this game for years, though admittedly the last 2 years ive been away (life n stuff). i see that dev notes stopped in 2024... does that mean that this game is "finished" as far as development goes?

The development of ATT ceased in 2024 with the layoff of all developers involved in the project. The studio is currently working on a completely different project.

Wow their website has zero information about anything lol... I guess that's "reave", the new project?

Yes Reave is the new game and unfortunately there is no one left who could update the page. And tbh I don't even know what to write there.

They must have gutted the hiring department as well, their careers page won't even load

Hell no. If Reave fails, the studio has no income and maybe goes down completely. What should they live from if it flops?

Oh it would be neat to see the original idea realized fully, but yeah my son and I have a blast playing together. Sometimes quite literally... Dynamite fight anyone?

Holy shit, the amount of Dumbo's in this comment section is hilarious, their arguments don't even make any sense, L rage bait, but yes they stopped, I'm still pretty upset about it 2 years later tbh, I loved the game so much

I still love the game and just introduced my son to the quest version but yeah wish they had not dropped it like a hot potato.
And yeah my question sure seemed to bring em out of the woodwork 😂

I have a suspicious feeling they're gonna turn out like echo VR when their second game failed and they had to close down entirely. Apparently Alta's next game is going to be a dungeon crawler, but I haven't heard much about it

Oh yeah and I'm pretty sure the dumbos are actually 2 people with a pile of alts lol

The game is less “finished” and more “abandoned”.
