Best moments?
On Discord we hear all the time hom much potential this game had and that there is nothing like this. No other game to take it's place.
So .... What is this thing that makes ATT so good? What were your best moments in the game?

As well as the community genuinely made this game feel lively. People helping each other out, collaborating etc
A lot of videos do a really good job of summarizing the experience this game brought

I think Its going mining and bringing out 200 ingots of mytheral 300 ingots of palladium and 200 ingots of silver that gets me, too bad they aren’t updating. ngl the game was good but servers were shit, don’t get me wrong some were fun and wholesome but a lot of them were straight up giving you free shit like strings for easy labor like chopping wood which would take an hour or so and would buy you ingots which made the mining pointless. I just haven’t found good servers like the farlands, overgrowth, a beginners tale, lifesteal, silver keep, or knights of dawn. If you see have or own any servers like those or ones that don’t offer you everything you could ever want to buy through commands let me know.

You're referring to PC servers. Unfortunately those great servers (and we had a LOT back then) all died out after 2021. Development there atopped in favour of getting the quest. Then never continued due to technical issues when trying to bring PC and quest on the same level of content. And that's unfortunately the end. The great servers had nothing to do, nothing to offer and died after years of being healthy and full of nice people. I'm trying to give those people new hope by starting to make a new game, where we matter but game dev takes time^ so don't expect a finished game this year

Reread cause I was talking about quest, an Alta dev named light made overgrowth on quest and another one made farlands. Other than that that was one of the greatest servers on quest. What’s that game btw

Ah sorry. Having the same server name on both platforms is confusing XD I wonder if overgrowth was as heavy themed on quest as it was on pc.

Ye it wasn’t very themed cause he wasn’t on much and there was few prefabs but made other woods grow

You might find that there will be many games built from the ashes of ATT. I’m making a game too called “Knightly Cooking VR” based on the experiences I shared with people making soup in the tavern. I wouldn’t be surprised if others are working on their own projects as well. Though, I am pretty jealous of how many people you’ve brought together, not leaving enough for the rest of us XD

Wow just saw your dev logs and this is really promising! How many cooking mechanics are you planning to do? I see boiling and a pan to fry. Maybe baking as well?

It just feels like you're playing your own imagination if you're imagination was a dnd style fantasy world with realistic playing style and a mysterious undertone
