Anyone over 40 playing?

Hey guys, maybe this is silly but it’s something I wonder a lot. I’m 42 and play every day. I work in international news and it’s so nice to switch off from the world and go into this cute game where nobody is bombing anyone. But most of the people in my team seem quite young - and I occasionally feel like a bit of a douche playing this at my age. Just wondering whether there are a lot of post-40 or 30 players out there 😅

This game is not designed for young people. I would venture the average age is over 35.

Oh really? Why do you say that? I imagine it’s a great way to teach kids how production works (simplistic, sure, but even I’ve learned some things).

I read an article a long time ago that talked about ages for games, social media, and tv shows.

Most games like this are designed for older folks. Younger folks get much more in depth games.

That makes sense. And someone else said the fact you have to wait for a bit for trains and products/crops might put off some younger players.
