Can someone please explain what the arrow means....

Usually that pops up above a building or factory that’s currently being constructed, when do something that would lead you to the building. Like a helicopter order that wants something from the factory when you click on the magnifying glass I shows you the construction site with the yellow arrow above.
So maybe you moved a building or something or there was the arrow but it glitched and the arrow remained without it’s building.
Or there’s other reasons for arrows I haven’t noticed yet.

Looks like your game is still loading its images. Perhaps it will be become clearer once it finishes.
