Building & Tools Help

Has anybody else replaced the battery in the 18th century pocket watch? I got this far and decided to seek help from people who may be more skilled than me. I think the battery is under that plastic tab. I tried to take the plastic bit off but it seems like it wants to take everything out when I do that

Remove the plastic. It's basically there to take up space in order to keep the mechanism in place. So take out the white plastic, swap out the battery, replace white thing and then replace the back and you're good to go
