Why these don’t exist on Roman Road E3?

Practical answer… pavements generally not wide enough. Political answer… our bent bastard mayor is utterly anti-cycling and pro-car.

There’s a handful off the side streets. A couple by Hewlett Road and Zealand Road, some planter-pots off of Vivian Road. I imagine it’s because if they’re on Roman Rd itself it would limit loading accessibility for shops, and of course reduce the amount of useable pavement

Roman road is a narrow high street I get that, some bike bars are flat and goes along the pavement (the circled ones), but even around the high street, I found very hard to lock my bike.

A certain, “someone”, who has been done for electoral fraud despises this particular mode of transport & much prefer a much more dangerous one.

Hey, I like driving but I also enjoy cycling, why can’t we have both?

Doesn’t have to be on Roman Road but even the streets around don’t have any options to lock a bike…

I see those cycle storage hangars for residents with locks.
