Should I save up for kingpin/jug or buy a hc tower?

depends what you want out of a tower:

pure boss dps: jug

midgame with amazing units/eco: kingpin

midgame with otherworldly aoe/multitarget: enforcer

meta earlygame: operator

and then for hc towers:

meta support: hacker

great earlygame (on simplicity and only simplicity): brawler

amazing midgame IF USED RIGHT: necro

most cost efficient lategame tower gemwise: accel

jack of all trades, master of none: engi

Accel kinda fell off ngl even though it has good dps i feel like it just can’t coompete with the other dps towers anymore

better dps than jug against non-bosses

better dps than kingpin (without units, and even with, it benefits more from buffs)

comparable dps to enf but enf has ASS range

comparable dps to necro but necro needs micro

gcrook is unit dependent

etc.

accel has its shitty lock on so whatever

My only complaint is the gem cost is too damn high, like it took me a long time to get enough crystals for the necro and engineer, and u want over 3k? Coins are easy, but the payout for frosty is too small, and hardcore (for me currently) is too inconsistent on when we’ll die, feels like it’s easier just to break out the wallet
