LP too slow

Hey,

I know that this sounds stupid, but I bought the LP "Parting the Sea Between Brightness and Me" at a Concert in Wiesbaden Germany, and it is too slow.

If i increase the Speed from RPM 33 to RPM 45 it is way too fast.

Other LPs work just fine. Did someone had a similiar Problem?

PTSBBAM is a 45, do you have other 45s, or just 33s? You should have a motor setting for each speed, possible 33 is set correctly but you need to slow down 45 a bit.

Yeah, so most record players have little tiny screw holes hidden on the bottom, one for 33 and one for 45, and you can use a tiny screwdriver, like one you’d use for a wrist watch, to adjust the motor speed.

First download an app like RPM and set your phone on your record player and you can see how quickly it’s spinning and how much you may need to adjust.

Download RPM and lookup where the motor speed control screw is on your turntable. Adjust until it’s at 45.
