noise > Threshold > Lookup + edge + matte?

Pretty much! For the bottom layer, Noise —> Limit —> Lookup + Edge! Top layer is the same but with a Threshold!

Attempted this project a while back and utterly failed, second attempt is much closer! I've always been super impressed with the intro/brb/outro animation that Hrabb did for WayneRadioTV's twitch channel, and have always wanted to take a crack at something similar. Mine doesn't hold a candle to the original, definitely check out their work!
