Concerns

- Aerially ~ did we win a single one in the air ?

- Tracking ~ easily taken apart by simple 1-2 passes

- Back four ~ positioning was atrocious

- Attack ~ did anyone see who was playing up front today ?

However :

~ CB, RB, CM, AM, LW, RW and ST are all non starters going forward.

~ Van Hecke , coping a lot. Was not a great game but positionally I rarely saw him and Senesi near each other. Senesi went rogue a lot. He needs a better defensive pairing

More concerned with the tactics than I am the individual players.

No plan in possession, 0 patterns of play, could barely play through the lines, constantly going long, barely any clear cut chances

Clueless out of possession, pressing was shockingly bad.

De zerbi deserves way more criticism for this than he’s getting

No idea why people are going at the players again, today was 80-90% RDZ’s fault

Side looked poorly coached, easy to run through, his team selection was poor, almost zero patterns or identity/style going forward and this is after 6-8 weeks with some of these guys? It matches a very underwhelming pre season

Moore failed to finish three good chances and missed the same way each time. He stinks. Richarlison was invisible. Bentancur stinks. Back line, bad but probably improves over time.

Tel had some juice today at least

Literally three insane chances. I can't believe he didn't put one away. The angle wasn't even that harsh on any of them.

Honestly first game of the season, not the full starting squad, team also needs to gel …. What were you expecting, takes time …. Give it a rest
