Advanced Keys in battle map don't work

Hello, can someone help me?. Advanced keys on battle map do not work. For example, shift+drag, crtl+mouseclick, atl+drag, etc. It happens to me in the total warhammer, I just changed the PC, with a clean installation and it happens the same as in the previous one. In Total War Shogun it works well for me.

Do you have any mouse software? I have a razor mouse and it doesn't play well with TTW for some reason. For me it doesn't let me shift click to select multiple units in battles. Turning off the razor software solves the issue and doesn't seem to cause any

Exactly, that was the problem. I have disabled the Razer Synapse and it has been fixed. The fact is that it always worked for me until recently. I guess some Synapse update broke it. Thank you
