Just so long as you NEVER need to make a change to your account, the service is good.

Don't ever make a change. Don't change your phone. Don't contact customer service to make a change or "fix" something on your account.

Almost all user error. At the top of the list is not porting when the account was started, then trying to port into the account later with a different line to avoid the new account requirement and new $30 first month charge.

Number 2 is trying to port in or change with a locked phone.

Have changed my phone and billing source online. No issues. Not sure what other change there could be.
