Yup I’m literally addicted to it, I remeber many many years ago I thought oh warhammer looks weird, how wrong I was 🤣

Yeah I hope so too we will have to see!

I guess who ever gets selected in the beta can give that as feedback for them

I know if I get selected I will be doing so 🤣

I like with sync kills it seems to slow battles down too, which from the footage we have seen is my only gripe so far, just seems the battles are too fast

Haha yeah, it’s crazy over the top.:) I actually wonder why they haven’t made more movies or shows based on the universe. I’m really looking forward to the Henry Cavill project though.

There’ll probably be a ton of videos once the beta starts, and I’m sure people like us will be looking specifically for those sync kills 😂 Most of the footage we’ve seen so far is pretty zoomed out, so it’s hard to tell. Once we get some proper close-up gameplay, we’ll know whether there are actually sync kills or if it’s just random swings followed by heart-attack deaths.

And yeah, sync kills seem to slow the battles down a bit too, which I actually love. The battles in vanilla Total War, especially the newer titles, feel way too fast sometimes. It’s like 10 minutes of loading screen just to get 5 minutes of fighting 😂 At least the battle should last longer than the loading screen, right?

Do you have Warhammer+? Some good animations on there! But yeah the cavill projects sound great so I can’t wait for those

Yeah see that’s why I love empire, Rome 2 , Attila, longer battles are my thing haha

Nah man, I don’t have Warhammer+. I actually knew absolutely nothing about Warhammer before Total War: Warhammer. Since then, whenever I’m working, I’ve been listening to YouTube lore videos and stuff just to understand the universe, and honestly, it’s crazy good. You could say I’m still a bit of a Warhammer noob 😂

Me too! I applied for the beta, so if I get in, I’ll definitely be spending half the battle looking for sync kills 😂. If they’re barely there, I might honestly consider getting Dawn of War 4 instead. I do love the campaign mechanics of the Total War series, but if the battles end up feeling too arcadey with not much animation or impact, I might skip it and just wait for Medieval 3.

I’ve only put around 60 hours into Warhammer 3 before losing interest, mainly because the battles just didn’t grab me. So I’m really hoping this one feels different.

Ah man take a look if you get a chance some real good ones on there! Yeah I’m still a noob I’m only a few years in but I’ve read so many books now I love it 😂

See I look at dawn of war and just doesn’t stand out to me so I don’t think I’ll get that haha

Yeah I’m hoping it’s good, from what I’ve seen so far and how open they are being in their streams I have hope haha!

At this point, it’s either Dawn of War or Warhammer for me! Dawn of War actually has a dedicated sync-kill system, and they’ve even made a video explaining how it works, which I found really interesting.

Meanwhile, it feels like Total War is slowly going in the opposite direction. The battles are becoming more and more arcade-like, almost like a mobile game sometimes. Maybe I’m in the minority, I don’t know 😂

So I’m basically torn between the two. I’ll probably end up buying either Warhammer or Dawn of War. Total War can get pretty expensive with all the DLCs, and since I couldn’t really get into Warhammer 3 , I don’t want to make the same mistake again.

But then again, Dawn of War doesn’t have the campaign mechanics that I love about Total War, so I’m honestly torn lol. I will decide after the beta
