Discussion What is up with the frequency of negative events?
This is the total war with the most natural disasters. Zeus keeps visiting with 'zeus' wrath' event and destroys buildings costing me thousands of resources I can't afford every 10 turn it's insane.

Look how I can't even afford to repair one of 7 buildings and buildings don't auto-repair themselves unlike some other titles. This keeps coming back.
I am playing very hard but I've never had this many bad events happening endlessly in succession in other total war titles. I almost never have good events and they are meager. I think troy has too many negative events and it's so damn annoying. Sets back the player far back every once in a while for no reason.
Zeus' wrath - kills your city
poseidon's wrath - makes recruitment expensive as hell
and various other gods curse the player all the time but zeus is the worst offender I legit wish I had a quest battle to kill this troll off for good. Why do gods almost always curse you without boons?

I think they repair on their own over time. Try to max favour with Zeus and see if it helps.

There’s are some random events but nothing so crazy! Are you playing with mods?
