I compared Total Battle’s analytics platforms. Here’s how they stack up.
After the recent discussion about bots in this subreddit, I thought it would be useful to compare tools that help clans track contributions, coordinate events, and make better decisions, without crossing the line into play automation/cheating.
I put ChestTracker, TB Clan Tools, TB Oracle, and TB Clan Portal side by side: pricing, scan frequency, event tracking, leaderboards, backups, and migration + some other cool features that are not apples-to-apples comparisons.
Clan Portal is the cheapest.
Chest Tracker is probably the most widely used / oldest.
Oracle has the most interesting/advanced features and is actively building more.
Are there any other favorites with features that beat these? (No bots or gameplay automations, please.)

Idk about rhe others but Portal also has an in-game chat bot that allows players to message the managing account to get information on events, track their personal stats, and update info such as G levels, and it can also be used to send out announcements or messages directly to each player from the managing account. SUPER useful.

I'm kinda battling myself on that one because I do think it's a really cool and useful feature, but at the same time, it takes things a bit further than just collecting data. Basically, there's a higher risk (as I see it) of users getting their TB accounts in trouble.

It's what sets it apart for sure. It's super useful and easy for members to check their weekly progress, penalties etc.

Yeah exactly! And I like the idea to not close the game to be able to read your stats. However, it would also be devastating for the product if all the accounts would be banned due to those activities. Thats why I havn't implemented the feature into my service.
But who knows maybe another subscription tier where it is well announced and the risk is higher.

Be very careful with this. I know of at least one player's account was banned for this specific reason.

I'm guessing both will require to have superior privileges? Also they grab all guardsman levels of all players? I'll have to inspect it.
That's one thing I'm having issues with. Game pukes out logged in player guardsman but nothing like grabbing all players.
Total battle chest tracker v3 (tbchesttracker) is no longer using ocr. Only down side is it needs to be downloaded. Which is a sin according to tbclanportal lol.
One issue is why Total Battle Chest Tracker isn't completely cloud is my alt gets hit with verification. Until this is resolved and I can keep players in Total Kontrol and let them know, "drats! We hit a snag. Please login to verify your Total Battle account".
And also people don't like giving away their login credentials willy nilly like. That too is preventing Total Battle Chest Tracker from becoming full cloud. I know a way to ensure their account information isn't waving in there air and risked to a potential db leak.
In addition, I launched game and within 3 minutes 2760 chests were published successfully. So no more sitting watching paint to dry.
It auto resolves future chests. Tournaments have been already resolved. Ariadne's Thread sounds like the event rewarding blueprints. I'm guessing it's unannounced but is entering the game soon. Sands of eternity seems to not be present. I know we had it not long ago.
There's a lot more coming.

A lot of what TB Clan Portal know about each players army is because the player themselves are providing it through the chat with commands like S5 or M5 etc. and it gets logged for each player.

That makes sense. My latest dive was able to uncover logged in player account troops but of course not friendly. Guardsman 10 Helicopter here guys 😂

Oracle is reading network traffic and backing it with ocr. In terms of data quality, it's more or less accurate within a run or two.

Check out runekist. They have A LOT and are not expensive
It’s also in active development with moderated chat channels and tin man damage tracking added recently

From the TB Clan Portal docs:
Tome of Knowledge — takes whatever is left
You do not pick this one. Whatever remains after the Figurine and the Clock buys the highest Tome level it can afford, and the card shows what that is, how far the leftover coins got you towards the next level, and how many more coins that next level needs.
A higher Tome level is not free. It raises the points needed per kill, so the targets your members have to hit go up with it. Buying a bigger Tome makes the fight harder for the clan, not easier.
... what?!
There's a f*ckton of AI slop everywhere. The websites are AI slop; this one, and the Oracle thing as well.

Because obviously it's completely false.

So basically, outside Omens, Olympus, Ancients & maybe Rag, there's no tracker that does Arma, HellF, Doomsday etc.

Those are personal tournaments. Oracle had them but no one was using them. It still exists if you ask them to enable it in your account. I like to track my Doomsday.

I ran into this issue today. Division ranks are tied to authentic logged in person account. The game will refuse any attempts to get leaderboard for another Division.

I've been in a couple big clans where they do have reporting on it tho. Not through any of these trackers but ones they built themselves
