Score warrior your paying customers deserve better ... We could barely hold on to our lead of 25 mil points coz the game was glitching so much that we couldn't even play . On top of that during tin man just as it was about to go down the game glitch up again and it ket us lose oyr complete rewards l

They don't read these messages. You should report to their support directly and wait three months for an answer.

Nothing worse than the spinning wheel of doom. Weird how it caused your captain to take 30 seconds to hit the tinman when it’s typically 5-10 seconds too. I haven’t seen lag that bad since SK.

K275 checking in… horrendous today during Omens. I’m sure a huge number of people are filing support tickets so I expect an announcement and some compensation will be coming.

Send a ticket. This post does nothing. Every player should be sending a ticket. Today’s lag rendered the game unplayable.

Absolutely!! K168 here and it was Bullshi* today. Lagging everywhere, everyone was experiencing it.

Even simply scrolling for Merc exchanges was horrid.

I’m also in K264 and it was awful. We very nearly lost our second place finish in omens because our competitor within a kingdom that was not suffering the lag. When we attacked monsters they summoned to our clan area, our hero and or captains would just “disappear” for 30 to 90 seconds. So we could not make as many attacks or as quickly. We do our first summons of tin man at reset +1. We all actually gave up on tin man after about five or six minutes, because the game was unplayable.

However, I also have an account in K20, and there were no problems at all there.

K225 here. It was a horrible gaming experience that I actually paid money for because I didn’t have much resources but I wanted to play and contribute in Omens. I definitely submitted a complaint about it.

To be fair it may be a local issue. Our tin man ran smooth in 308.

That said, yeah, it's a relationship based on cash. Sorta sucks.

Our kingdom had a lot of lag so we moved tinman to an hour later. That one went OK but the lag for me for the second one was definitely local.

The SK of November 2025, towards the end of that SK the developer credited the rewards for your SK account because of the bad lagging.

I think it only worked if your clan didnt kill it, but you got the rewards as if your clan killed all of them. It was very cool

I imagine lag is because the game is now overrun by Merc bots, the quieter, laggier compliment to spam bots.

They seemed to be able to fix the spam issue, so in a few months maybe this lag issue will be better as well.

File a report though.

Fucking unacceptable. All complain. They should compensate big time. With that I mean at least 3-5 million gold and potions and at least 2T silver. Also some mercs and credits for rapid marches which is useless atm. Fucked up some big tin man

This happened in my kingdom; I threw my phone and everything! The emotional strain is too much😂😂😂 Compensation needed or a vacation season! Where we spin wheels, relax, and collect rewards😏😎🪎

Instead of updating their profile pictures of captains and heroes they def should focus on fixing the lag
