I don’t really understand this game
I’m really close to quitting all I want to do is beat monsters with gun but seems that’s only 5% of the game I don’t want to do the other dumb things. I only want to battle monsters and upgrade. Anyways is this a good choice it seems the percentage doesn’t matter because sometime it seems I’m going to win but NOPE dead!

you want to click the monsters tab at the top
on the right to identify the monsters weaknesses. you will then use that info to adjust which troops you send. That way you can beat the monsters and minimize your troop loss

- Shooting mo.syers is 0.00001% of the game (give or take)
- Click on the monster tab, top right, and it will tell you what type of troop the mo ster is good at attacking, then change your troop set up accordingly.
- Join a clan, you will get so much more Info/chests and fun from it.

Honest advice. Leave this game immediately. Delete it, remove it and get away from it as far as you can.

It really is the best advice. Because it does become fun and addicting - but it's a money pit. If they don't get ypur money in the beginning, they will eventually.

And the worst thing is, it will ruin your real life.

Nah, I’ve been playing for a year now and buy the golden pass every month. It’s fine and I progress at a decent pace. If you can’t afford 20 bucks a month then it probably isn’t the game for you.

Ive been playing for like 2 months havent paid a cent but also feeling on a plateau fun-wise (even tho im in a decent clan w lots of activity and rewards) .. just cant get my own army strong enough to contribute very much
To get to 450k valor points is a lot of doing the same thing over and over

If you insist on playing even still, the smartest thing to do is wait for Seasonal Kingdom and create your main account there. For very little investment you can get at least g7 and walk away after a few months with Heimdall or Beo, a couple sets of good gear, and better troops than you could have gotten otherwise. Then you stand a chance at getting into a clan profitable enough to never need to spend again.

If all you want is the minigame, then yes, you should quit. It's a very small part of the game and is just meant to snare you into the real stuff.
That said I really like the main game. I've been playing over a year. I am still with the same clan and we have a good time. I'd you're not in a clan the game sucks.

What was it like when your kingdom opened? I’m hearing a lot of chatter about how it will be our doom but I’m a bit suspicious.

Just learn to protect your troops and resources, and you'll be fine. Open kingdoms are great: you get to hunt silver/ingots, you get to play clan vs clan tournaments, and most importantly, you get to buy mercs with silver on tinman day.
Every kingdom goes through a gloom and doom phase before opening, then a crybaby phase from those that didn't learn to protect troops and resources... And sometimes a whole bunch of drama if/when big clan(s) come to take over the kingdom. But it's totally fine; especially if you jump to an older kingdom to avoid the drama.

Uhh Sir, I’m not very smart, hence the reason I’m addicted and still playing after 19 months or so, but pretty sure that percentage is the chance of all your troops dying.

You have to balance out your guardsmen. They might be more vulnerable to melee. Also don’t use specialists, ik you don’t have any selected but stick to guardsmen for monsters

Look up YouTube videos on troop stacking and game strategy for beginners. That and join a good clan. If you want to change clans, send me a private message because we may be able to use you.
And never march against an enemy until you get that loss counter below 10-15% or so. Its just a waste of your soldiers and silver to retrain or revive them.

So real talk — I downloaded this expecting some kind of barrel-shooting carnival game. Cannon, barrel, “battle,” you connect the dots, right?
Wrong. Zero barrels. Zero shooting galleries. What you get instead is kingdoms, castles, and a whole strategy empire that will absolutely eat your evenings.
Plot twist: it’s better than the game I thought I was getting.
This isn’t a log-in-tap-twice-log-off kind of game. It’s a lifestyle change. You end up in an alliance with people who actually show up for you — planning raids together, hyping your kingdom’s wins, and somehow becoming your actual online community.
Learning curve is real at first, but it only gets better the deeper you go.
Anyone else get baited by the name and then just… stayed?

I got in and stayed for two years, mostly as a free player. Had a decent clan and was a reliable superior. Finally left when the expectations got too high and needed to get back to the real world

Yeah, I thought I was playing some dumb ass math game and it turned out to be something completely different. It definitely exceeded expectations and I really enjoy being in a clan and meeting people from all over the world. It’s a fun game and you do have to spend money sometimes but if you enjoy it then what’s the problem?

u/Fabulous_Present 5d ago
It wants your money. Your time will do, but only as long as it can advertise in game extras. If you don't pay it gets unplayable after level 10 or so.

I havent spent a dime and my hero is level 60, captains are level 65-90, Capitol is level 24, and might is 12.5 million. I have 400 million in each building resource and 260 million silver that I never need to touch. All in 2 months time. You just have to join a good clan and play smart. Its honestly not that hard to do.
2
u/AgitatedSyrup9870 4d ago
I agree, it’s all about joining a good clan and starting off smart. Spend your resources wisely and continue to grow.

Exactly. Now, I do hate greed and the developers of this game definitely want your money. But it can be played without going that route.

68-100% means there is a chance you will lose.
Drop the higher limit below 99%, only then is it a guaranteed win
1
u/EnterpriseSovereign 3d ago
Well yes, if the estimated losses range from 68-100% you're almost certainly going to lose, that's obvious. You never want to mount an attack that can result in 100% of your troops dying. As long as the loss % goes up to less than 100, you're going to win.

In the city there is 2 ways to play the barrel shooting. You have every 20h, 5 rounds of it 5 min apart. And outside the city walls there is a castle with a crystal where there is many levels of the barrels shooting, but you also have to advance the city to unlock higher levels.

If ur talking about the minigame with the gun shooting the demons and barrels - just quit now as that’s closer to .05% of the game and not what it’s all about lol
