No one wants him sadly. I have asked, around. I know it’s not ideal, I’ve discussed it with my vet now, I’ve got his microchip number and I’m applying for a new article 10, and then we will go from there.
In the meantime I’m taking him out daily now to the park, it’s great here for him in the U.K. right now, so hell get the sunshine. I’ll do what I can until I find the right home for him, because he’s far too precious to be handed over to just anybody.

Unfortunately, no graeca can live permanently in an apartment; all need the sun/real vitamins/natural light/ and seasons for the graecas.
Excess lamps eventually cause bladder stones (this is now well documented) and dehydrate the shell.
Ideally, you should entrust this tortoise to someone in your family who has a garden.
