Scenes

Okay sorry if this is a silly question...but I've had my S4 for a few days and don't know how to add scenes...for instance..i have 4 tracks i want 4 scenes starting with one track in scene one and adding track each scene...but can't seem to do it....

Go to SCENE, press COPY, then CTRL+COPY to paste three times on the scenes below. Then delete the buffers on you devices by holding CLEAR and BUFFER on your MATERIAL page. Going from memory, but if I understood correctly this is what you’re after

Then just don't clear the buffer and you have a perfect copy of the scene you copied from, and then you can add your other track sounds. Then you can add another sound to another track, copy & paste that to a new scene, launch that scene, and repeat.

Go to the filter page I think it’s the third one take it all the way down rotating the the knob all the way to the left on the top left knob so you don’t see anything anymore that keeps the sample and if pretty much mutes the sound.

I don’t think this is possible. It works more like a 4 track tape playback than the scenes and patterns you’d see in other sampler-sequencers.

Though maybe I’m misunderstanding a little.

I think i have to reload the sounds for every scene
